One of the innovations we have developed this year has been the online simultaneous interpretation service - RSI.It is a solution based on a cloud platform for remote simultaneous interpretation in conferences or videoconferences.The remote interpretation takes advantage of the potential of technology to make interpretation services more flexible and affordable, allowing interpreters to work not only from the event but remotely.

How does it work?Once the interpreter receives the audio and video and performs the translation through the online platform, it can be distributed to the attendees so that, using translation infrared devices or a mobile application, they can listen to the interpreters in the available languages.They can also be connected from their laptops, tablets or other devices.They can thus participate remotely.

This solution provides new advantages: it offers an interpretation service integrated to the event provided with technical support and the necessary material.For example, when an event is held abroad, interpreters can work from our positions located in one of our regional offices without traveling to the event, reducing costs.New opportunities are opened to provide interpretation to smaller groups of 10 to 20 delegates, a segment that, so far, has not used interpretation services due to costs.
