The emblematic Macy's store arrives in Argentina through a marketplace
“We continue to expand our catalog and our proposal is simple: products from different stores, such as Amazon or Macy's, can coexist in the same cart, and take advantage of all this enormous variety by buying from home and paying in pesos with fixed installments”, says Roger Dimant, Country Manager of Tiendamia in Argentina.
The categories where there are great advantages (whether by price or variety) are clothing (for men, women and children), perfumes, bedding, swimwear, watches, handbags and accessories in general. Since its launch, Macy's already represents 5% of the searches in Tiendamia and they are already selling in countries like Peru and Uruguay.
As explained by the platform, the incorporation of Macy's is part of an international plan to continue offering more and more variety at the best price. They will have more than 25,000 items of clothing for men and more than 37,000 items of clothing for women.
In addition, products from various categories will be sold: footwear, watches, jewelry (bracelets, rings, etc.), backpacks, purses, wallets, bed/bath linens, children's clothing, among others.
“To the millions of products we offered from stores like Amazon, eBay and Walmart in the United States, we now add the full variety of brands and models that Macy’s offers in the United States,” concluded Dimant.
